Fishing vessels: mackerel quota allocation established for the 2026 campaign

The General Secretariat for Fisheries has amended the resolution of 27 January 2026 to include the allocation of the initial mackerel quota (stock MAC/8C3411) for the 2026 campaign. Due to a lack of agreement during the 2025 consultation rounds, the assigned quota corresponds to 100% of Spain's entitled share (First). This measure aims to ensure the availability of this stock for the Spanish fleet ahead of the start of the campaign.
