Courts to implement new judicial office structure within three months

Resolution 115/2025 establishes the judicial office design for collegiate and instance courts under Law 1/2025, in accordance with its transitional provision 5 (art. 436.2 of LO 6/1985). Implementation must be completed within three months of entry into force.
