Royal Decree 76/2026 formalises the award of the Grand Cross of the Order of Isabella the Catholic to Nicolás Sánchez-Albornoz y Aboín, following a proposal by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and deliberation by the Council of Ministers (Art. 1).
