The 3rd Collective Agreement for LogiRAIL, S.M.E., SAU, has been registered and published. It regulates the employment relationships of all staff under contract of service, excluding only the management team (art. 3.2). The agreement is valid for four years, covering the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2026 (art. 3.4). The text establishes salary update mechanisms linked to the National Minimum Wage (SMI) and macroeconomic variables such as the HICP (IPCA) and GDP (art. 3.4/annex).

In 3 key points

  1. Validity of the agreement from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2026, art. 3.4 (art. 3.4)
  2. Fixed increase of 2.5% on 2022 remuneration for the 2023 financial year, art. 3.4 (art. 3.4)
  3. Exclusion of personnel with management structure roles (Managing Director, Director, Manager or Head), art. 3.2 (art. 3.2)

How it affects those involved
