The Secretariat of State for Energy is updating the operating remuneration values for the first calendar quarter of 2026 for electricity generation facilities with fuel-dependent costs. This resolution is issued under Order TED/526/2024 and Law 24/2013 to ensure the updating of operating costs (effective from 1 January 2026).
For companies operating electricity generation facilities with fuel-dependent costs, the regulation establishes the remuneration values applicable between 1 January and 31 March 2026. This enables the forecasting and settlement of operating costs based on the new updated values.
