Autonomous communities and Ceuta/Melilla: 30 days to update Annex I of Royal Decree 990/2021

This Royal Decree replaces Annex I of Royal Decree 990/2021, which governs subsidies for telecom infrastructure improvements in buildings, aligning it with the Disaster Recovery Plan Addendum. The amendment introduces new subsidy conditions, particularly regarding energy consumption and sustainability. Communities have 30 days from the decree's entry into force to adapt the annex (art. 4).
