Government of Catalonia becomes owner of B-23 road between 0+000 and 7+100 in Barcelona

This Royal Decree transfers ownership of the B-23 road in Barcelona from the Spanish State to the Government of Catalonia, in accordance with Article 17 of Royal Decree 899/2025. The amendment is made to Annex II of Law 37/2015 and comes into force pursuant to its sole final provision.
