This Royal Decree transfers ownership of the B-23 road in Barcelona from the State Administration to the Generalitat de Catalunya, in accordance with Article 17 of Royal Decree 899/2025. The modification is made to Annex II of Law 37/2015 and enters into force as per the single final provision.
