Order TDF/39/2026 amends Order ETD/1498/2021 to expand access to digitalisation grants, including e-commerce and infrastructure programmes. A 3-month deadline is established for submitting applications, effective from the date the order enters into force (Articles 4, 6, and 28 of Order ETD/1498/2021). This change facilitates the participation of SMEs and the self-employed in digitalisation programmes.
SMEs and the self-employed can access digitalisation grants, particularly for e-commerce or technological infrastructure. Public administrations will receive more applications, improving administrative efficiency. Advisors must update their procedures to include the new application deadline and verify the requirements for each programme. Self-employed workers engaged in digital activities will be eligible to benefit from these grants.
