Esbre Capital, SL: approved to provide advanced specific medical training for maritime workers

The Social Institute of the Navy (ISM) has approved the private centre 'Esbre Capital, SL (MED Charter Academy and Ocean Marítima)' to provide advanced specific medical training in its stable modality (fixed facilities) (Resolution of 27 August 2026). This training is mandatory for captains, masters, and personnel in charge of onboard medical kits, and must be updated at least every five years (Art. 14 RD 258/1999). The centre is authorised to issue certificates of completion and must submit the record to the ISM Provincial Directorate of Almería within a maximum of seven days after the course ends (Fifth).
