This resolution updates Annex I of the Resolution of 3 February 2026, exclusively modifying the composition of the Evaluation Committee responsible for the theoretical and practical tests for the recognition of professional effects of Health Sciences specialist degrees obtained in non-EU States. The change addresses the need to update the members (Chairperson, Secretary, and Members) who make up said committee.
For health professionals with foreign degrees from non-EU countries, the regulation does not alter access requirements or the evaluation process, but rather modifies the administrative structure of the committee that will conduct the tests. No new deadlines or changes to fee amounts are introduced.
