This resolution rectifies a clerical error in the Resolution of 30 July 2026 regarding the allocation of grants for the recovery of damage to infrastructure and road networks following the 2025 civil protection emergency. Specifically, it corrects the executing entity for project 51 in Castilla-La Mancha, replacing the Navalmoralejo Town Council with the Provincial Council of Toledo.
The resolution has a purely corrective effect on the identification of the executing entity for project 51 in the Castilla-La Mancha region. For the beneficiary entity (the Provincial Council of Toledo), the execution or compliance period referred to in Article 12 of Order HAP/196/2015 shall begin to run from the publication of this resolution in the BOE.
