Constitutional Court: library science training scholarship awarded to applicant and substitute list approved

The General Secretariat of the Constitutional Court has resolved to award the library science and documentation training scholarship, related to its bibliographic collections, to the applicant Ms Eloísa Román Marcos. Furthermore, the list of substitutes, ordered by score following the competition announced via Resolution of 30 March 2026, has been approved (Articles One and Two).

In 2 key points

  1. The scholarship is awarded to Ms Eloísa Román Marcos (art. Primero)
  2. One month deadline to file an administrative appeal before the President of the Constitutional Court (art. Tercero)

How it affects those involved

The resolution has an individualised effect on the scholarship recipient and on the applicants listed as substitutes in the order of the scores obtained. For those interested, the resolution exhausts administrative remedies following the filing of an administrative appeal (recurso de alzada) before the President of the Constitutional Court within one month (Article Three).
