The Permanent Tendering Board for the Sub-directorate General for Economic Management of Programmes of the Directorate General for Armament and Material has been established (Art. 1). This measure follows the new organic structure of the Ministry of Defence set by Royal Decree 150/2026 and complies with the publication requirements for permanent boards (Art. 21.4 of RD 817/2009).
