The CNMV has announced the revocation and deregistration of Mora Wealth Management España, SV, SA from its Administrative Register (registration number 293). This measure follows the merger by absorption of the entity by Tressis, Sociedad de Valores, SA, which was formalised on 7 October 2025. As a result of the merger, Tressis succeeds the absorbed company in all its rights and obligations through the transfer of its entire assets and liabilities.
For the clients and creditors of Mora Wealth Management España, SV, SA, the entity will cease to exist as an independent company, having been fully absorbed by Tressis, Sociedad de Valores, SA. Tressis assumes all rights and obligations of the absorbed company following the universal transfer of its assets and liabilities.
