This Order extends the effectiveness of Order HAC/674/2026 to allow road transport companies (freight and passengers) to access aid derived from the Middle East Crisis Response Plan. The measure extends the period of eligible expenses, which initially covered up to June 30, 2026, to include expenses incurred until September 30, 2026, as established in Royal Decree-Law 18/2026 (Art. First).
For freight and passenger transport companies, the regulation extends the period of economic protection, allowing for the subsidisation of fuel cost increases incurred between 30 June and 30 September 2026 (Art. 1). To access these State aid measures compatible with the internal market, carriers must demonstrate compliance with the conditions set out in Order HAC/674/2026 (Art. 1).
