State Administration and Basque Country: agreement to resolve discrepancies regarding the 2026 Basque Budgets

The Bilateral Commission for Cooperation between the State Administration and the Basque Autonomous Community has reached an agreement to resolve discrepancies concerning the tenth final provision of Law 7/2025, which approves the General Budgets of the Basque Autonomous Community for 2026 (Annex I). The agreement establishes interpretation criteria for economic promotion policies and the European Security Strategy, ensuring they are applied in accordance with the powers of the Basque Government and European Union Law (Annex I, points I and II).
