Loquat and other fruit producers: definition of assets, yields, and conditions for agricultural insurance

Order APA/865/2026 establishes the technical conditions, insurable assets, and yields for the loquat and other fruit farms insurance (jujube, chestnut, sloe, pomegranate, fig, kiwi, and quince) under the Combined Agricultural Insurance Plan (Art. 1). The regulation covers both production and plantations, and allows for the insurance of facilities such as hail protection structures or irrigation systems (Art. 1.1). These conditions will also apply to the Forty-Eighth Combined Agricultural Insurance Plan (Preamble).
