Transport drivers: temporary exemption for driving and rest times from 21 to 25 January 2026

The Directorate-General for Road and Rail Transport has authorised a temporary exemption from driving and rest time regulations for motor vehicle drivers. This measure is applied in accordance with Article 14.2 of Regulation (EC) No 561/2006 and is valid from 21 to 25 January 2026.
