This Order awards the prizes in the various categories of the 'Alimentos de España Mejores Quesos' competition for the year 2026, in accordance with the regulatory rules of Order APA/379/2023 (art. 7.5). It details the winners in the categories of matured cow, sheep, goat, mixed, and mould-ripened cheese, as well as a special award for the best cheese of the year (First). For unsuccessful applicants, the resolution exhausts administrative remedies, meaning only an appeal for reversal may be filed before the Minister or a contentious-administrative appeal before the National High Court (Fourth).
