Penedès PDO producers: amendment to the product specification approved

The Catalan Wine Institute (INCAVI) has issued a favourable ruling regarding the standard amendment to the product specification for the Penedès Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) (resolution 1. Adopting the favourable decision...). Following the opposition period, which concluded without any objections, the file will be forwarded to the Ministry of Agriculture for subsequent submission to the European Commission (art. 4). The new specification is available on the INCAVI website.
