Resolution ISP/1933/2026 modifies the driving restrictions for vehicles carrying dangerous goods established for 2026 in Catalonia. The regulation updates restriction schedules at various points of the road network (Annex A) and redefines mandatory itineraries for companies located at the access points via the Els Prats road and the N-340 highway (Annex D).
Dangerous goods transport companies must adjust their route plans and departure schedules to comply with new time and direction restrictions on specific sections (art. 1). Carriers operating in the Els Prats and N-340 area (Vila-seca to Bonavista) must follow specific mandatory itineraries to access the refinery, the port, or the C-31B, taking into account provisional routes due to roadworks on the TV-3146 (art. 2).
