Goods handling companies: new rules for service provision in the Port of Marín and Ría de Pontevedra

The Port Authority of Marín and Ría de Pontevedra has approved the Particular Specifications Document (PPP) regulating the granting of licences and the provision of goods handling services within its port (Clause 1). The document establishes solvency requirements, minimum resources, safety obligations, and the applicable penalty regime (Clauses 10, 11, and 19). This resolution is issued in accordance with Art. 113.5 of the consolidated text of the State Ports and Merchant Shipping Act.
