Section 9 of the Provincial Court of Málaga: exclusive specialisation in violence against children and adolescents from 1 January

The Permanent Commission of the General Council of the Judiciary has agreed to grant Section 9 of the Provincial Court of Málaga specialisation in matters concerning violence against children and adolescents (First Agreement). This specialisation is exclusive but not exhaustive for said section. Ongoing cases will continue to be handled by the bodies currently processing them until their final resolution (Second Agreement).
