Rules established for the distribution of cases in the Administrative Litigation Section of the Madrid Court of First Instance

The Agreement establishes the distribution rules for cases, pleadings, and requests for judicial assistance within the Administrative Litigation Section of the Madrid Court of First Instance (first). It defines the categories for distribution (main cases, pleadings, and requests for judicial assistance) and the filing schedule for cases (Arts. 3 and 4).
