Businesses and individuals in Valencia: administrative simplification and mass repeal of local and regional regulations

Law 3/2026 of the Generalitat establishes an urgent package of measures to combat hyper-regulation and streamline administrative procedures in the Valencian Community. The law repeals Decree-law 14/2025 and an extensive list of Decrees, Orders, and provisions to ensure market unity. It also modifies various previous laws and decrees to simplify administrative management and legal certainty.

For businesses (SMEs and large enterprises) and self-employed operating in the Valencian Community, the regulation reduces regulatory burden by eliminating numerous orders and decrees that previously constrained their operations, particularly in hospitality, tourism and retail. Individuals benefit from faster administrative procedures. The Valencian Administration must restructure its processes following key legislative amendments, including Laws 2/2023 and 6/2025.
