Law 3/2026 of the Generalitat establishes an urgent package of measures to combat hyper-regulation and streamline administrative procedures in the Valencian Community. The law repeals Decree-law 14/2025 and an extensive list of Decrees, Orders, and provisions to ensure market unity. It also modifies various previous laws and decrees to simplify administrative management and legal certainty.
For companies (SMEs and large enterprises) and the self-employed operating in the Valencian Community, the regulation reduces the regulatory burden by repealing multiple orders and decrees that conditioned their activity (e.g., in the hospitality, tourism, or retail sectors). Individuals benefit from more streamlined administrative procedures. The Valencian Administration must proceed to restructure its procedures following the amendment of key laws such as Law 2/2023 and Law 6/2025.
