Spain and the United Kingdom establish a Technical Committee for environmental cooperation in Gibraltar

Spain and the United Kingdom have established an Administrative Agreement for environmental protection in the Gibraltar region. The agreement creates a Technical Committee intended for the exchange of information and dialogue between competent authorities on environmental matters (Art. 1). This mechanism is developed within the framework of the Agreement between the European Union and the United Kingdom published on 14 July 2026 (BOE index ref.).
