Spain and the United Kingdom establish joint working group for police cooperation in Gibraltar

Spain and the United Kingdom (concerning Gibraltar) have signed an agreement to intensify police cooperation in the fight against international crime and illegal migration (art. 1.1). The agreement establishes the creation of a joint Working Group for information exchange and operational coordination (art. 2.1). This pact is developed within the framework of the agreement between the European Union and the United Kingdom published on 14 July 2026 (BOE index ref).
