The Directorate General of Labour has registered the agreement to revise the salary scales of the Exide Technologies España, SLU Collective Agreement for the period between 1 April 2026 and 31 March 2027. The increase is determined by applying an additional percentage point to the national real CPI of the previous period (3.4%), resulting in a 4.4% increase (Minutes of the Joint Commission).
For workers at Exide Technologies España, SLU, a 4.4% wage increase will be applied to the previous year's salary scales (FY'26) during the period from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 (Minutes of the Joint Commission). The company must update the salary scales in accordance with this percentage derived from the CPI and the third additional provision of the 8th Company Collective Agreement.
