Las Palmas courts to handle child abuse cases from 1 January 2026

The Plaza nº3 in the Instruction Section of the Las Palmas Instance Court is designated exclusively to handle child and adolescent abuse cases as provided in Article 89 bis 1 of the Organic Law on the Judicial Power. The agreement comes into force on 1 January 2026 or the next day if published later.
