The Board of the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has approved amendments to its Internal Regulations through this resolution. This provision publishes the revised text of the regulations originally approved by the Resolution of 19 December 2019 (ref. BOE index).
The regulation does not introduce direct operational changes for the market or investors, but rather updates the CNMV's internal organisational rules. The effect is purely administrative and organisational for the Commission itself and its internal management processes (ref. BOE index).
