Order PJC/656/2026 extends for the fourth time the period during which the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts provides certain services to the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (A.A.I.). This measure is adopted in accordance with the single transitional provision of Royal Decree 1101/2024.
The regulation does not alter the obligations of citizens or companies; instead, it extends the Ministry's technical and administrative support to the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (A.A.I.) until 30 September 2026. The effect is purely organisational for the State Administration.
