Electricity operators: authorisation of penalties for failure to submit real-time information from 1 September

The CNMC is amending electricity operating procedures P.O.9.2 and P.O.14.4 to enable the settlement of penalties arising from the failure to submit real-time information. This resolution repeals the previous P.O. 9.2 and amends P.O. 14.4 to integrate these sanctions into the settlement process (ref. BOE index).
