State and Catalan Generalitat must update victim registry and census within established timelines

The June 16, 2026 Resolution publishes an Agreement between the Spanish State Administration and the Catalan Generalitat to update the victim registry and census established under Law 20/2022 on Democratic Memory and Catalan legislation.
