State and Catalan Generalitat must update victim registry and census within established timelines

The June 16, 2026 Resolution publishes an Agreement between the Spanish State Administration and the Catalan Generalitat to update the victim registry and census established under Law 20/2022 on Democratic Memory and Catalan legislation. The agreement establishes coordination within their respective territorial areas to ensure the updating of the victim registry. Publication in the BOE is carried out in accordance with Article 48.8 of Law 40/2015 on the Legal Framework of the Public Sector.
