The regulation grants home delivery rights to users with 8–20kg GLP contracts (excluding fuel blends), requiring the major wholesale operator in each area to provide it. Domestic supply rights for GLP users (8–20 kg, excluding fuel blends) remain with the market leader operator under Article 58 of RDL 8/2014. Affected operators must maintain domestic supply capacity in their respective territories. Authorities must update and publish the list every three years in the BOE. No changes to user rights or submission deadlines.
