The Secretariat of State for Public Function is updating the Institutional Image Manual to align it with the new structure of vice-presidencies and ministerial departments within the General State Administration. This resolution repeals the Resolution of 26 March 2024 (BOE-A-2024-6708) and updates previous regulations from 2013, 2007, and 1999. The change responds to the new administrative organisation established under Royal Decrees 830/2023 and 829/2023.
For bodies and departments of the General State Administration, this entails the obligation to adopt the new visual identity and institutional image regulations. The resolution replaces the previous regulatory framework (Resolution of 26 March 2024), establishing new guidelines for advertising and institutional image adapted to the current ministerial structure.
