Ceuta homeowners: 3 months to rectify neighbour's objection to new construction

The February 17, 2026 resolution suspends registration of a georeferenced graphical representation due to neighbour's objection in the new construction declaration process (Art. 199.2 Mortgage Law). A new public deed is required before registration. This applies to property owners submitting new construction declarations in Ceuta.
