Order HAC/580/2026 establishes the administrative procedure for the reimbursement of funds granted under the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF). The regulation is developed in accordance with Article 37 of Royal Decree-Law 36/2020 and Law 38/2003 to ensure the correct management and return of resources in the event of non-compliance or impropriety.
For entities and beneficiaries who have received RRF funds, the regulation defines the rules for capital repayment if irregularities are detected or grant conditions are breached. This implies a risk of immediate reimbursement demands by the Administration upon detection of misuse of funds.
