Diplomatic, special and service passport holders: visa waiver for travel to Spain and Oman

The Agreement between Spain and Oman establishes a reciprocal visa waiver for nationals of both countries holding diplomatic, special or service passports (Art. 1 and 2). Holders may enter, transit, and leave the territory of the other Party without a visa, with a stay limit of 90 days within any 180-day period (Art. 2.2 and 2.3).
