Instructions have been approved to authorise temporary residence for minors of Sahrawi origin and the stay of their monitors in Spain, as part of the 'Vacaciones en Paz 2026' programme (Resolution of 3 June 2026). The procedure is established in accordance with additional provision 2.1 of the Regulations approved by Royal Decree 1155/2024 and Organic Law 4/2000.
For minors of Sahrawi origin, the procedure establishes the pathway to obtain the temporary residence required to participate in the programme (Resolution of 3 June 2026). For monitors, it regulates the permitted stay during the programme's activities. The regulation does not create obligations for companies or the self-employed, but rather regulates a specific immigration procedure for this social programme.
