This Order amends final provision 3.3 of Order TDF/149/2025, which establishes measures to combat identity spoofing in fraudulent calls and messages, and to identify numbering for customer service and commercial calls. The change specifically focuses on modifying the effects of said provision (final provision 3.3).
For telecommunications operators and service providers, the regulation alters the application regime or the effects of the numbering identification and telephone fraud prevention measures already established in Order TDF/149/2025. The impact is limited to the management of numbering used for customer service and commercial calls.
