The Governing Council of the Supreme Court is modifying the composition of Sections 1 and 2 of Chamber IV for the second four-month period of 2026 due to exceptional circumstances (Resolution 1). The remainder of the composition and operation remains as published in the BOE on 8 December 2025 (Resolution 1).
No substantive impact is expected for economic operators or citizens, as the regulation is strictly of an internal organisational nature within the Judiciary. The modification only affects the assignment of magistrates to the sections of Chamber IV of the Supreme Court for the specified period (Resolution 1).
