CIEMAT has established new public fees for the provision of scientific and technical services and other activities (Resolution of 19 May 2026). This provision repeals the previous regulations from September 2025 and is issued in accordance with Article 26 of Law 8/1989. The new amounts will come into force on 30 May 2026.
Companies and entities contracting research, technology, or technical testing services with CIEMAT must apply the new public fee schedule from 30 May 2026. This constitutes a tariff update that replaces those established in the Resolution of 9 September 2025.
