The agreement modifies articles 36, 38, 39, 59 and chapters VI and VII of the Norwegian Air Resources Spain pilot collective agreement, published on 19 November 2024. The changes are governed by articles 90.2 and 3 of RDL 2/2015 and Royal Decree 713/2010. Affected pilots and companies must adjust their working practices to the new conditions set out in the agreement.
Pilots and Norwegian Air Resources Spain, SL must adjust their working conditions in accordance with the new clauses in articles 36, 38, 39, 59 and chapters VI and VII. Workers' representatives may demand changes to working conditions. Labour advisors must update their reports and recommendations to reflect the new provisions of the agreement.
