The agreement amends Articles 36, 38, 39, 59 and Chapters VI and VII of the 2nd Collective Agreement for Pilots of Norwegian Air Resources Spain, SL, published by resolution on 19 November 2024. The amendment is regulated in accordance with Articles 90.2 and 3 of RDL 2/2015 and Royal Decree 713/2010. Affected pilots and companies must adapt their labour practices to the new conditions established in the agreement.
Pilots and companies of Norwegian Air Resources Spain, SL must adjust their working conditions according to the new clauses in Articles 36, 38, 39, 59 and Chapters VI and VII. Workers' representatives may demand changes to working conditions. Labour advisors must update their reports and advice to reflect the new rules of the agreement.
