Summary
The Decree-Law 1/2026 amends articles 17.d) and 29.h) of Law 12/2007, expanding economic benefits for individuals with grade III+ extreme dependency. It also updates social services regulations (articles 3 and 4 of Order ASC/433/2007 and article 4 of Order ASC/55/2008). These changes enter into force 30 days after publication in the DOGC, enabling beneficiaries to access new aid from that date.
