Cuestión planteada Desea saber, sí por la realización de dicha actividad, deberá darse de alta en el epígrafe 699 de la sección primera de las Tarifas, que clasifica "Otras reparaciones n.c.o.p.".
La clasificación en las Tarifas del IAE se realiza según la naturaleza material de la actividad. Los trabajos de albañilería y pequeños trabajos de construcción se encuadran en el epígrafe 501.3, siempre que no superen los límites de presupuesto o superficie indicados en su nota adjunta. Si los trabajos son específicos y especializados, se deben clasificar en su rúbrica correspondiente del grupo 504. El grupo 699 de 'Otras reparaciones n.c.o.p.' solo se utiliza para servicios que no tengan una clasificación expresa en ninguna otra rúbrica.
