Persons with disability: 3 months to submit application for family care or personal assistance support

The Decree-Law 2/2026 adds Article 3 bis and Chapter III to Decree-Law 3/2023, establishing new conditions for family care and personal assistance benefits (art. 3 bis). It modifies Additional Provision 13 of Law 16/2019 to allow compatibility between dependency care benefits (art. 13). A validation agreement is published by resolution of 27 March 2026 (art. final).
