Summary
The Decree-Law 2/2026 adds Article 3 bis and Chapter III to Decree-Law 3/2023, enabling caregivers to access personal assistance support in the family environment. This expands compatibility rules for dependency care benefits, in accordance with Article 47.1 of the Canarian Statute. A Validation Agreement is also published by Resolution of 27 March 2026 (Article 47.1 Organic Law 1/2018).
