Health centres: Three months to comply with new authorisation rules

Royal Decree 239/2026 amends RD 1277/2003 by adding a new Article 7 on health centre authorisation, setting out updated operational requirements. Centres must meet these new conditions within three months of the decree's entry into force (Article 4).
